Segments

Segments are a robust and dynamic tool for categorizing supporters and building lists within your organization’s file. Taking elements from the legacy Query Builder and Profiles tools, Segments are a powerful new way to view and analyze your organization’s data. This resource will explain how to navigate and use Segments within Engaging Networks.

Navigate to Segments by clicking Data & Reports > Segments.

Open

From the landing page in the Segments module, you will see the My Segments menu. From here, you can view your custom segments as well as navigate to Predefined Segments or AI Defined Segments.
