You can manage your Peer to Peer Template from the Site Settings where you select either the Pencil Icon that lets you edit the template you currently have.

Clicking ‘Manage Templates’ gives you the Library of templates you currently have as well as a way to create a Template:

Currently there is still no ‘Free & Flexible Template’ available from the Library but its created automatically when you create a Site from the start. Further development is on the way for this. |
In editing the template you can see similar tools and concept on editing/creating a Page Templatewhich you can use to reference the different parts/tools you see in editing the template as well. The area different from what you see here would be how the context within the template is styled which you can always customize and style it the way you want it to reflect on your Site.

Once completed, you can save your changes as well as save the template to your Library Components as well.
